Our policies
PROMISE STUDENTS (5th - 8th Grade)

Each student must have a signed permission slip to attend.

A Separate Swimming permission / Medical Release form is needed for each student.

Each Parent must complete a program registration form in order to secure a spot in program activities. All necessary forms are provided for download below.

Activities are not guaranteed as spots are limited to a first come - first serve basis.

Students without the necessary forms will be sent home until their paperwork is recieved.

Students can be dismissed from the program at the discretion of school leadership due to infringements upon behavior, lack of attendance and repeated late pick up.
ACADEMY STUDENTS (9th - 12th Grade)

Each student must have a signed permission slip to attend.

A Separate Swimming permission / Medical Release form is needed for each student.

Each student must sign up for their desired activity at lunch time. (sign up sheets are located in the cafeteria)

Activities are not guaranteed as spots are limited to a first come - first serve basis.

ATTENTION PROMISE PARENTS - OUR LATE PICK UP POLICY
The After-School Program is an important part of our school program, but it is a PRIVILEGE. Only families that can comply with our policies will be able to remain a part of the After-School Program.
Pick-up starts @ 5:45 pm Our program ends promptly at 6:00 pm!
Parents should make every effort to pick up their child by 6:00 pm. Please consider weather & traffic conditions when making your pick-up arrangements.
If your child is not picked up by 6:00 pm:
First Occurrence: Written warning to the student and parent.
Second Occurrence: 2-week suspension from After-School Program.
Third Occurrence: 30 calendar suspension from After-School Program.
